The Radicalbit AI Gateway acts as a proxy between your applications and AI model providers. In doing so, it processes the content of requests and responses, along with operational logs and performance metrics. Data handling is governed by your own deployment configuration and the terms of any AI providers you connect to.

The gateway includes built-in features to help protect personal data in transit — PII detection and anonymization via Guardrails — but responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection regulations lies with the organization deploying and operating the gateway.
